Cities and Municipalities 


Albay, officially the Province of Albay, is a province in the Bicol Region of the Philippines, located largely in the southeastern section of the island of Luzon. Its capital (and largest city) is Legazpi, which serves as the regional center for the whole Bicol Region and is located in the southern foothills of the Mayon Volcano.


Albay comprises 15 municipalities and 3 Component Cities (Legazpi, Ligao and Tabaco).
