Abra, known officially as the Province of Abra, is a province classified as 3rd class in the Cordillera Administrative Region of the Philippines. The municipality of Bangued serves as its capital. Abra shares borders with Ilocos Norte to the northwest, Apayao to the northeast, Kalinga to the mid-east, Mountain Province to the southeast, and Ilocos Sur to the southwest.
Abra consists of 27 municipalities, all of which are part of Abra’s lone congressional district.
